provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the
choices you can make about the way your information is collected and
used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our
homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information
may be requested.

Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click Management website. On some
pages, you can make requests, register to receive materials, and use
free webmaster tools. The types of personal information collected at

We use the information you provide about yourself and your business to reply to your inquiries.

bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of
the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information
transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only
employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for
example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally
identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store
personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Refund Policy
You can cancel the recurring fee at any time. However, the initial fee will only be refunded if you request a refund
with in a 24hr period. After 24hrs our staff will have already started working on your website and PPC campaign.
Domain Name Registration
Websites created by VIVIT Marketing will often use domain names which will be purchased and hosted by VIVIT Marketing and will remain the exclusive property of VIVIT Marketing, LLC. Clients of VIVIT Marketing will have no rights of ownership to these domain names expressed or implied by VIVIT Marketing or its representatives .
